We're truly sorry about the delay – you know food takes care, and how I explained to you we had more orders that arrived at 18:50 . We always try our best, but preparing orders sometimes takes time with a busy flow . We started the preparation on your order before you arrived – Sorry you felt we didn't check the system; that wasn't the case 🙏. Hello Chris ! Grazie mille for your review ... we are really happy you liked your pizza and the Nonna's deep fried zucchini flower ! I am really sorry for my error ( Federico ), Francesco even called me by phone to be sure which version you had ordered ... if the pizza was with Anchovies or Capers and I told him with Capers because our ticket came out with the words : King Broccolo ( Veggy Option ) . We are still taking confidence with the software that we are using to receive the orders and if you read on our menu at the King Broccolo Pizza doesn't have any ( "Veggy Option" ) after the pizza's name . The ticket we receive comes out exactly with the name written in the menu so for example : Diavola Pizza, we receive Diavola Pizza ... nothing else, if someone orders Diavola Pizza without Olives we receive : Diavola Pizza and then No Olives and so on . In the pizza's description we wrote to let us know if the pizza has to be in the "meaty" version so with anchovies, default version of this pizza or in its vegetarian version so with capers instead that anchovies and to write the choice in the "note" section during the order . I am not really sure where this note has to come out but after your review and recommendation I am going to create a menu to choose how the King Broccolo pizza has to be, so thank you so much for letting us know about my error, sorry again for my mistake ! Next time double anchovies for you !  We look forward to receiving another order and of course to know your opinion about that ! We always try to follow our Pizza Dough Recipe that for the salt respect the same quantity of salt used for the Neapolitan-style pizza, we use 2.5 to 3% maximum salt every kilogram of flour .
